Harness Your Inner Mountain Goat

A Mountain Based Approach to Training

IFMGA Guide Esteban ‘Topo’ Mena says it the best:

"If there is one thing that all forms of going up the mountain have in common, that is the preparation. There are no excuses to come underprepared, when the opportunity comes to make your dream come true." — Topo

Why train?

It's hard to get results and to improve without consistency and guidance. Billy Goat offers evidence based methods to improve performance without getting injured in the process. For accountability and encouragement, because training alone is hard.

Alpenglow Expeditions Mountain Guides have given their feedback as to what would best prepare novice to advance aspiring climbers. Billy Goat Swift Custom Training Plans have helped over dozens of climbers reach their potential and prepare solidly before arriving to base camp.
